On the morning of October 12, the Premier Financial Alliance (PFA) celebrated the grand opening of its new financial insurance office in Irvine, California. Nearly 300 PFA financial insurance professionals gathered to mark this significant occasion. Among those present were PFA Founder and CEO David Carroll, National Life Group (NLG) Sales Director Youn-Mi Jaquez, Chinese Training Specialist Dragon Chang, PFA National President Wendy Zhao, Jason & Song, and Arcadia City Council member Aileen Wang, all joining in a toast to commemorate the milestone.

David Carroll, CEO of PFA, emphasized the organization’s core value: putting clients first. “We believe it’s essential to prioritize our clients because they are the most important part of everything we do,” Carroll stated.

He further elaborated, “Our focus is not just on product sales; it’s more about taking care of our clients’ lives and providing them with services they can’t find elsewhere. This is what sets us apart, and it’s our promise to create genuine value for our clients.”

Youn-Mi Jaquez, Dragon Chang, Jason & Song, and Wendy Zhao all took turns addressing the gathering, expressing their support and hopes for the new office. They encouraged team members to continue pushing forward. The opening of the Irvine office not only represents PFA’s business expansion but also aims to enhance the professionalism and attentiveness in the services provided to clients.

Shelly Yao, co-founder and senior manager of the Irvine office, shared her thoughts during a media interview. She highlighted that Irvine is a vibrant, emerging city that has attracted a large Chinese population in recent years, now exceeding 200,000 residents, with around 40% identifying as Chinese. Having arrived in the U.S. at the end of 2017, she witnessed the evolution of traditional businesses firsthand. Establishing the Irvine office is not only about expanding the company’s reach but also about bringing more financial and insurance knowledge to the local community.

Yao expressed her deep gratitude for the support she has received from the company throughout her five years in the insurance industry. “Through one-on-one mentoring and a blend of online and in-person training, we’ve empowered many partners to enhance their professional skills,” she noted. She hopes that the new office will serve more families in need and attract like-minded partners to grow together.

Wendy Zhao, PFA National President, expressed immense pride in the company’s new venture in Irvine, a city filled with promise. Reflecting on her decade-long journey in the insurance business, she recognized the rich resources within the Chinese community but acknowledged the need for improved financial education and awareness. Zhao believes that with PFA’s professional services and team strength, they can provide meaningful assistance to the local Chinese community and help families achieve a brighter future.
