PFA Financial Insurance Irvine office grand opening on the 12th

On the morning of October 12, the Premier Financial Alliance (PFA) celebrated the grand opening of its new office in Irvine, California, drawing nearly 300 financial and insurance experts to the event. Among the attendees were PFA Founder and CEO David Carroll, National Life Group Sales Director Youn-Mi Jaquez, Chinese training specialist Dragon Chang, PFA National President Wendy Zhao, and Arcadia City Council member Ailin Wang, all of whom witnessed this milestone moment and raised a champagne toast to commemorate the occasion.

As the largest agency for National Life Group (NLG) in the U.S. market, PFA continues to lead the industry with its commitment to quality service and outstanding results. The establishment of this new office marks a strategic expansion in the Irvine area.

David Carroll highlighted the fundamental core value that guides PFA: “Always place the customer first. They are the most essential component of everything we do.” He emphasized that the focus extends beyond simply selling products; it involves caring for customers’ lives and offering services that cannot be found elsewhere. “This is what sets us apart and embodies our promise to create genuine value for our clients,” he explained.

Youn-Mi Jaquez, Dragon Chang, and PFA National Presidents Jason and Song also expressed their congratulations and support for the new office. They encouraged team members to continue their hard work, noting that the opening of the Irvine office represents not just a business expansion for PFA, but a renewed effort to provide customers with more professional and personalized services.

Shelly Yao, the founder and senior manager of the Irvine office, shared her insights during a media interview, noting that Irvine is a vibrant and promising emerging city that has attracted many new residents from the Chinese community, which currently comprises about 40% of the over 200,000 residents. Having arrived in the U.S. at the end of 2017, she has witnessed the changes and developments in traditional businesses. Establishing the Irvine office is not only a strategic move to expand the company’s operations but also an opportunity to bring financial and insurance knowledge to the local community.

With five years of experience in the insurance industry, Shelly expressed her gratitude for the support she has received from the company. She mentioned the importance of one-on-one mentorship and the combined online and offline training courses, which have helped many partners enhance their professional skills. She hopes that the new office will serve more families in need and attract like-minded partners to join in mutual growth.

Wendy Zhao, PFA National President, expressed her pride in the company’s decision to establish a new office in this hopeful city. Reflecting on her decade-long entrepreneurial journey in the insurance industry, she noted that while the Chinese community is rich in resources, there is still significant room for improvement in financial education and awareness. She firmly believes that through PFA’s expertise and teamwork, they can provide tangible support to the Irvine Chinese community, ensuring a brighter future for every family.
