On October 27, the 2024 Langfang “Tongbei” Collaborative Marathon kicked off, attracting over 10,000 runners from across the country to Xianghe, Hebei.

The marathon featured four categories: the full marathon, half marathon, health run, and parent-child run. The racecourse was meticulously planned, connecting various key locations such as the Xianghe Jingwei Home Furnishing Expo Center, Xiangju Avenue, Xinhua Street, Wuyilu, the left bank of the Chaobai River, and Xianghe Happy Park. Participants ran through major roads and local attractions in Xianghe County, as well as parts of Beijing’s Tongzhou District and the Dachang Hui Autonomous County. The picturesque scenery, with ample water along the route and wide, flat roads, allowed runners to fully enjoy the charm of the marathon set against the urban landscape.

After a competitive race, Huang Aifeng claimed victory in the men’s full marathon with a time of 2 hours, 21 minutes, and 14 seconds, while Dong Ying won the women’s full marathon with a time of 2 hours, 56 minutes, and 52 seconds.
